9:00A - TRACKMAN & CHARTING

Baseline reps recorded on TrackMan; every athlete charted across their discipline.

11:00A - INSTRUCTION

Coaching w/ John Carney & Dan Lundy: mechanics & repeatability driven by the data.

12:00A - COMPETITION

Pressure situations, head-to-head reps, scored on TrackMan.

1:00P - FILM REVIEW

Breakdown of the morning's reps against the charted numbers.

2:00P - GYM SESSION

Strength & mobility work specific to specialists.

3:00P - CAMP CLOSING
